To carry out transactions via the E-Gold system you have to connect with e-Money department by ICQ 281-466-319 during working hours.

When withdrawing (exchanging into cash or other kind of e-currency) with E-Gold you can specify the number of our account in the system by ICQ 281-466-319.

When transferring please indicate in the commentary a key-word (it can be any word at your option), according to which you will be identified as the owner of payment.

By means of the key-word and amount of money you are able to receive cash means in the office, so that’s why it’s for your sake to keep this information in secret. Cash means will be paid out with the commission deduction*. According to the agreement with your operator, you can receive cash means both in 5 minutes after sending, and during several days.

For your convenience, we recommend to transfer money with our commission* not to get small denominations or change in different currencies.

When placing (or exchanging cash into e-currency) with E-Gold, you have to inform in ICQ 281-466-319 or our operator of the number of your account in the system. After the complete prepayment of the amount of transfer and commission*, the funds will be transferred to your requisites.

To count the cost of transfer in USD, you need to take the price for 1 troy ounce of gold from the graph on the left part of the page. The number of grams is counted according to the following formula: Your amount of money in USD/ cost for 1 ounce of gold *31.103477 Now you are able to count exactly the commission for transfer, using the same calculation.
